Company History
The founding of Pluritem Health happened when two old friends, Ben Newton and John Clark, both data specialists and machine learning experts, reunited to change the way healthcare information is aggregated, organized and analyzed. Doing so, they knew would enable more collaborative care, improve health outcomes and lower costs. Pluritem Health was launched in November 2021 after months of research confirmed it was the opportune moment for large scale data science and AI to benefit healthcare. . Together Ben and John collaborated on building a highly scalable data pipeline, flexible and powerful analytics, and an easy-to-use web interface available on any device - anywhere. Since then, their next-generation SaaS platform, CareFlowIQ, has proven its superiority and is changing the face of healthcare on both the individual and population health level.
In 2023 Gary Wald, a pioneer in the field of Telehealth, met the two founders and agreed to join the company as Chief Operations Officer. His background in business development, marketing and operations added key skill sets that helped the company set the foundation for future growth.
August 1, 2024 – Milliman, Inc., a premier global consulting and actuarial firm, announced the acquisition of Pluritem Health, the next generation clinical data platform. Pluritem Health aggregates and analyzes patients’ medical histories to improve quality and cost effectiveness of patient care across the healthcare industry, including direct primary care physicians, onsite/near-site clinics, telehealth, care management teams, and hospital settings.
